So I have been seeing lately all the fuss that was made at the Golden Globes because of Drew Barrymore not wearing a bra. Now I think that it was kinda tacky especially because she knew she was going to be on TV and in front of millions of people. But on the other hand I am eight months pregnant and if I could I would go everywhere with no bra on I totally would. Yes, it would be the most frightening sight and I am sure I would get arrested for indecent exposure, but boy it would be nice. So I say if you can let those puppies free for a little while. And think of me when you are doing it since I am stuck in bra hell :)

Why is it when my husband messes up the computer it is not a big deal eventhough it took the whole weekend to fix? But when I do something that messes it up just a tiny bit it is like I pushed the big red button and the world is going to come to an end?? I guess I should know not to mess with men and their computers :)

Who was the smart one who decided to go to "Family Night" at a local restaurant, with a 3 year old who hadn't taken a nap, and think that it was going to be a mellow dinner?? Oh that dumbass was me. Here is a tip: If they say "kids eat free" guaranteed there will be 1,000 kids there all cranked up on the free soda they give away.

Well the hubby left last night for training for the whole week. This time I think I was not so anxious about it and I have come to terms with being a single mom for a week. But boy when he gets back he will be seeing my dust as I go to the spa or something really expensive and extravagant :) Also my Grandma is coming on Thursday and we are going to drive to my Mom's to spend the night. At least I know then I can sit for 2 minutes while they get my child her juice. I just really have a high affection for women who do this all on their own :)
In other not so exciting news, I have been having contractions lately and boy do they hurt! I am sure they are braxton hicks ones, but I don't remember them hurting. I go to the doctor on Wednesday so I think I should mention it. With all the weird complaining I do I am sure he will just tell me that I am fine.
So that is me. Nothing new, nothing exciting. Oh well- maybe I will just have to make something up :)

As I heard it from my bed this morning, I knew that today was going to be one of those days. It was the cough that sounded like a dog and a seal all together. I guess all the knocking on wood I have been doing about my child not being sick did not work. Oh well, there is nothing like a sick day filled with "Scooby Doo" and "Dora the Explorer."

I am a huge fan of "Project Runway". I wish I could be cool and could design clothes like that on the spot. Hell I would even consider knowing how to actually use my sewing machine cool. Anyway, I want to know where Heidi Klum gets all the cute maternity clothes she wears on the show. Do you think because Michael Kors who is a judge on that show he makes them for her? I would kill for that! Just once though I would like to see her in a pair of black maternity yoga pants (my all time favorite) and a t-shirt, with her hair in a pony tail, and black marks on her shirt where her daughter kicked her with her dirty shoes while she was in the cart at the grocery store :)

Why is there an actual TV show where girls compete to be Flavor Flav's girlfriend?? Were they in a bind because "Lost" has been in reruns for like 5 weeks and they needed something to fill a time slot?? And when I say girls I actually mean strippers competing to be his girlfriend :)

Yesterday I had a little (tiny I swear) pregnancy related episode because I still not 100% set on the name we chose for this baby girl. First, my mom does not like it (yes she even made a face) and I think it is growing on my Mother in Law, but I can tell she is trying to get used to it. Second, the name Julia was so great when we picked it, I don't really get that same fuzzy feeling I did with this name. So what is a girl to do besides stress over a name for a child that is not even here yet?? Well, you guys are always so helpful- give me some ideas :) I figured it needs to be something old fashioned so that it fits with Julia. We also have a very short last name so it needs to have at least 2 syllables in it. Please- I am desperate :)

Why must I crave things that make me have the most terrible heartburn in the world. I know too that the minute it hits my lips I will pay dearly for it later. And then the things that I don't think will give me problems (like good ole peanut butter) kick me in the ass also. I have become a addict of tums (especially the tropical fruit ones). Do you think they have a support group for that?? Tums Anonymous??

Our sweet little kitty cat has become a woman in the last 48 hours and I am crawling out of my skin because of it. I have never had a girl cat before so I did not know what they did when they go "into heat". She has screamed and cried for 2 days now and it is making us crazy!! Totally my fault for lagging on getting her fixed. Hopefully she will stop soon and I can get her to the vet quick because I am not sure if we are going to make it :)
